BLOODSHOTS 2009

Rated Unknown

Location: Alamo South Lamar

This year's BLOODSHOTS Filmmaking Frenzy broke new ground for us, as it was the first year ever where filmmaking teams had to combine two different horror subgenres into one perfectly rounded and ridiculous film in just 48 hours.

And, of course, everyone had to use the same weapon somewhere in their movie: fireworks.

Did all of the actors survive this maelstrom? Did the zombies win out against the Japanese Kaiju monsters? How will romantic vampires fare when they're placed in some backwoods hillbilly's murderous and anal-rape loving clutches??

Those are just some of the answers we'll ALL get to enjoy at this year's BLOODSHOTS official screenings. Whether you're a Filmmaking Frenzy filmmaking team or just someone who knows how to enjoy a good horror short, this should be a night to remember. Come on out and check out some amazingly bloody movies, and vote for your favorite film to help shower the winning team with Alamo prizes, fame, and even more blood!
