This Spring, Master Pancake takes on the ultimate road trip movie: THE LORD OF THE RINGS: FELLOWSHIP OF THE RING (2001): the story of four country boys who hit the Hobbit-trail to dispose of the most dangerous piece of jewelry ever. Along the way, our four halflings are aided by one quarter-ling (John Rhys-Davies) and a couple of full-size-lings (Viggo Mortensen, Orlando Bloom). Will these brave LOTR-men be able to bring soothing relief to the Crack of Doom? You won't find out in this installment of the Trilogy. But you can bet your 12-sided die that we'll all have a blast as we rip on the overstuffed plot and the IT'S A MAD MAD MAD MAD WORLD ensemble of actors -- including Ian McKellan (HAMLET, FLUSHED AWAY), Christopher Lee (SCARS OF DRACULA, THE SATANIC RITES OF DRACULA, TASTE THE BLOOD OF DRACULA) and the girl from the Aerosmith video, just to name a few!
