TAMPOPO has been in the queue as an Alamo feast showcase for a long time. In a lot of ways, it’s the perfect food film. A beautiful interwoven story of love, sensuality and the love of sensual food, TAMPOPO sets the bar very high for our chefs. The lead actors in the film (Tsutomu Yamazaki and Nobuko Miyamoto) will accept nothing but the absolute perfect bowl of noodles, and that is what we plan on delivering to each one of you. We host these intimate micro rolling roadshows in the side yard of our home. They are limited to 40 people and include all beverages and food. Chef Trish Eichelberger proved her mastery of Japanese noodles with the Udon micro-roadshow, and we simply cannot wait to see what she and John have in store for TAMPOPO.
