The Foleyvision Crew take unbelievably obscure foreign films, mute the audio and then add live dubbing, sound effects and music. And for Thanksgiving they are once again going for Turkey! Turkish WIZARD OF OZ that is.

You’ll still follow Dorothy around the magical world of L. Frank Baum’s Oz, but in this near eastern version, the munchkins are all horny bastards eager to get to second base with our heroine, the tin man and the scarecrow need to get a room, and instead of monkeys, an army of cavemen are warded off...with a magic midget cannon. Loaded throughout are tasty little nuggets of low-budget tomfoolery: $2 sets, thrift store costumes, kindergarten caliber animation sequences, and more styrofoam boulders than you can shake a witch at. Haven’t experienced the joy that is Foleyvision or the different yet equally fine joy of Turkish plagiarist cinema? Come on out this November and expand your mind.
