From his breakout film
Pink Flamingos (1972) to his crossover to Hollywood fame,
Hairspray (1988). Before each of the features, we'll screen an assortment of vintage exploitation trailers.
The first 250 people in to the show will get a free, limited edition ODORAMA card, an essential aid for enjoying Polyester to its full potential. Every visitor to the Dusk-til-Dawn drive-in marathon will receive a complimentary John Waters barf bag, because as the master says, "To me, bad taste is what entertainment is all about. If someone vomits watching one of my films, it's like getting a standing ovation."

list with maps to the filming locations from his sizable film canon as well as his favorite bars and haunts.
The Films:

Film #1: Hairspray
Dir. John Waters, 1988, PG, 92 min
'Pleasantly Plump' teenager Tracy Turnblad achieves her dream of becoming a regular on the Corny Collins Dance Show. Now a teen hero, she starts using her fame to speak out for the causes she believes in, most of all integration. In doing so, she earns the wrath of the show's former star, Amber Von Tussle, as well as Amber's manipulative, pro-segregation parents (Debbie Harry and Sonny Bono!) The rivalry comes to a head as Amber and Tracy vie for the title of Miss Auto Show 1963. Now also a smash Broadway play (which swept the 2003 Tony Awards), Hairspray is a fabulous treat in it's original cinematic incarnation.
