For 8 years, the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema has hosted the best Academy Awards Party in town. This year, in addition to our regular party, we are offering the Academy Awards Feast. You'll get all the great extras you normally expect from the Alamo Academy Awards party - contests, prizes, embarrassing clips of celebrities in early forgotten roles, sing-a-longs and more. This year, however, to complement the award winning films, you will receive award winning food served to your seat. Executive Chef John Bullington will be crafting a four course meal, each dish will be themed on one of the four best picture nominations. The meal includes 3 wine pairings and a champagne toast to cheer in the best picture at the end of the program. Order your tickets early, the Academy Award party sells out every year!

Beef tartar with quail egg yolk on Belgian Ale waffle with truffle butter and Sunny D.

NO COUNTRY FOR OLD MEN
Coffee rubbed and seared venison on heirloom tomato salad with toasted peanut vinaigrette.

MICHAEL CLAYTON
Manhattan style lobster chowder in baguette bowl.

THERE WILL BE BLOOD
Pecan, sage and onion stuffed quail with a whiskey cream sauce, with wildcatter rice and blood orange seared spinach.

ATONEMENT
A child’s chocolate fantasy
Warm raspberry stuffed chocolate cake with layers of chocolate mousse topped with ganache alongside chocolate ice cream.
