I understand that once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged for a different date or show time. I will carefully review the date and time information to ensure that I am buying the correct tickets. I will bring either the credit card I am about to use and the a printed copy of the email I will receive.

Purchase Terms
  • You MUST bring either the credit card used for purchase or a printed copy of the email confirmation to pick up your tickets. We can NOT look up tickets by name.
  • There is a $1 service charge on all tickets. Tickets to special events over $25 will receive a service charge of 4% of the ticket price.
  • Persons under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Exceptions may be made for a particular show or screening, please see the Show Description for Exception information.
  • Typically children under 6 are not allowed. Baby Days at Village and Lamar are exceptions. Exceptions may also be made for a particular show or screening, please see Show Description for exception information.
  • Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged for a different date or show time.
  • While online purchases do guarantee a seat in the theater, we cannot guarantee that your seats will be together. For this reason we strongly urge you to come at least 30-45 minutes early during peak show times.
